Knitting division

We are proud to offer a wide range of knitted fabrics that are produced using the latest technologies and with the highest quality standards. Our knitting plants have a combined capacity of 12 tons of Fabric per day, so you can be sure that we can meet your needs and handle even the biggest orders.Our production floors are well-ventilated with an underground air ducting suction line, ensuring that our valued employees and machines are provided with fresh air and free from any dust.

We have a wide selection of fabrics to choose from, including Double Pique, Lacoast, Fleece, Waffle, Honey Comb Thread fleece, Flat Back, Mini Waffle, Mila Rib, Drop Needle-Rib, Solid Interlock, Single Jersey, Double Jersey, Herringbone, Auto Strip 1×1 Rib, Auto Strip Double Jersey, Auto Strip Single Jersey lycra rib, lycra pique, lycra terry, lycra Honey-comb, lycra single jersey, Design Single Jersy, and Auto Strip Pique.

Collar Section

We have 36 Sets and 72 Head Collar Machines to develop various interesting Collars.

Embroidery division

Our embroidery facility is well equipped with 3 New YUEMEI Embroidery Machines with 16 Heads each. Our machines are capable of producing products with the highest quality and accuracy.

We are a one-stop solution for any brand when it comes to embroidery. Our machines can embroider on fabrics. We specialize in creating logos, monograms, and custom designs. Our embroidery services are cost-effective, fast, and reliable. We also offer a wide range of colors to choose from to ensure that your logo or design stands out.

Garments Division

At M/S Proud Textile, we understand the importance of having a robust Garments Division. Our Garments Division is equipped with a state-of-the-art sampling department, with experienced and technical employees who are capable of creating samples as per the client’s requirements.

We use Winda Cad (Computer-Aided Design) For Cutting markers.

We have a 375 KVA Diesel Powered Generator for Alternative Power Supply.

We also have a total of 8 sewing lines, all of which are fully compliant to create a safe and happy working environment for our employees.

Our Production Capacity is given below product-wise:

Dyeing facilities

We have completed our solid and yarn dyeing from our local and solid dying factories which have a production Capacity of 18-20 tons/day. Those factories are fully equipped with the latest computerized lab and state-of-the-art machinery, such as smart dyer, auto super douser, and test instruments for assessing color fastness. This ensures that all fabrics produced in our factories meet international export quality standards.

Cutting

At MS Proud Textile, our cutting department is dedicated to ensuring the highest quality precision, and accuracy in our garments. We use the latest cutting machines to efficiently cut the fabric into the desired shapes, sizes, and measurements. The cutting department in a knit garment factory is responsible for cutting the fabric into individual pieces that will be sewn together to create the finished product. Our cutting teams are highly trained in order to minimize waste and guarantee a consistent final product. We take pride in delivering garments that are of the highest quality, and our cutting department is an integral part of that process.

Sewing

We understand the importance of a perfectly tailored garment. That’s why our sewing team is highly trained to provide you with the highest quality of stitching and finishing. We also have a total of 8 sewing lines, all of which are fully compliant to create a safe and happy working environment for our employees.

Finishing

The finishing department is in charge of the final stages of garment production, ensuring that all garments meet quality standards and are ready for customer shipment.

This department is in charge of:

  1. Our garments are pressed and steamed to remove wrinkles and provide a polished, finished appearance.
  2. To ensure that all garments meet quality standards, the finishing department inspects them for any defects or issues, such as loose threads or holes.
  3. Before being shipped to customers, our garments are measured and labeled with the correct size and care instructions.
  4. Packaging: The finishing department packages the garments for shipment in appropriate packaging.

Overall, the finishing department plays a crucial role in ensuring that all garments produced meet quality standards and are shipped to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Packaging

Various packaging supplies, including boxes, bags, and hangers, are often available in the packaging section. Whether for retail or wholesale distribution, these materials are utilized to package the garments according to their individual requirements. They are also in charge of making sure that all clothing is appropriately marked and labeled with the relevant details, including size, style, and washing instructions. This is necessary to make sure the clothing is recognizable and can be properly tracked and identified.
